Weekly Meal Plan (0–36 Months)
We believe that healthy eating is essential to every child’s growth and development. Our weekly menu is thoughtfully planned to meet the nutritional needs of infants and toddlers (0–36 months), following the Canada Food Guide and BC Child Care Licensing nutrition standards.
Meals and snacks are prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients and served in a safe, nurturing environment that encourages self-feeding, curiosity, and healthy food habits. All meals are age-appropriate, soft-cooked, and portioned according to each child’s developmental stage.

Our educators make mealtime a meaningful learning experience — encouraging children to practice independence, explore new foods, and enjoy eating together in a calm and positive environment. We promote healthy eating habits while respecting each child’s unique routines, needs, and preferences.
Parents receive daily updates through the Lillio App (formerly HiMama), including photos and meal details, so you can stay connected with your child’s nutrition and daily routines.
If your child has food allergies or follows a vegan, vegetarian, cultural, or medical dietary plan, please let us know during registration or at any time needs change. We will ensure that all meals and snacks are safely and thoughtfully adapted to support your child’s well-being.
