• What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our centers are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, and during scheduled vacation and professional development days.
Exception: Our Richmond location operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • What ages of children do you accept?

We provide licensed childcare for infants and toddlers (ages 0 to 36 months) in accordance with the BC Child Care Licensing Regulation.

  • Are your programs licensed and taught by qualified educators?

Yes. All KidsRUs Early Learning Center Ltd. locations are fully licensed under BC’s Child Care Licensing Regulation.
Every educator is qualified and registered with the BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Registry, meeting provincial standards for training, safety, and early learning excellence. them responsibly with us.

  • How do you communicate with parents?

We use the Lillio App (formerly HiMama) to share daily reports, including photos, videos, nap times, meals, and diaper changes.

We also send monthly newsletters and hold Parent–Teacher meetings twice a year to discuss each child’s progress and development.

  • What types of activities do children participate in daily?ours of operation?

Our daily schedule includes circle time, art and sensory play, music and movement, outdoor play, and quiet rest time.

All activities follow the BC Early Learning Framework and encourage creativity, exploration, confidence, and social skills.

  • What ages of children do you accept?

We provide licensed childcare for infants and toddlers (ages 0 to 36 months) in accordance with the BC Child Care Licensing Regulation.

  • Do you accommodate allergies or special dietary needs?

Yes. We carefully accommodate food allergies, as well as vegan, vegetarian, cultural, or medical dietary needs.

Parents should notify us during registration or as soon as dietary changes occur. Meals and snacks will be safely adjusted to meet each child’s needs.

  • What is your vacation and withdrawal policy?

Our centers close for three weeks of scheduled vacation each year, with closure dates shared in advance.

A two-month written notice is required before withdrawal, and a one-month refundable deposit is collected at registration.

  • Do you offer childcare fee assistance?

Yes. We participate in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) and accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) to help make quality childcare more affordable for families.
