Dedicated professionals committed to nurturing every child’s potential
Leadership rooted in passion, experience, and a deep commitment to early childhood education

Founder, Director & Early Childhood Educator
(Infant & Toddler Specialist)
I have over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and founded
Kids R Us Early Learning Center to create a warm, inclusive space where every child can thrive.
I earned my degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, and I combine that background with
my passion for nurturing young learners.
As a mother, educator, and business owner, I integrate the needs of families and the community
into everything we do. My goal is to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality childcare
close to where families live, while celebrating diversity and honoring each child’s unique pace
of development.
I also believe strongly in supporting my fellow early childhood educators by creating opportunities
for stable, meaningful employment. Through expanding our branches, my vision is to build a supportive
network that benefits families, communities, and educators alike — working together to strengthen the
field of early childhood education.
I believe in strong partnerships between educators and parents, and I strive to ensure that every
child feels seen, heard, and valued.
Our Management and Administrative Team is the foundation of Kids R Us Early Learning. They are the people
who ensure that our programs run smoothly, our educators are supported, and our families receive the highest
quality of care and communication.
We take great care in selecting team members who are qualified, experienced, and dedicated to the field
of early childhood education. Each member of our management team brings valuable knowledge, leadership,
and compassion to their role — working together to maintain the standards, safety, and nurturing environment
that Kids R Us is known for.
Their goal is to make sure that every child, parent, and educator feels supported, valued, and part of
our growing childcare community.
Each Kids R Us Early Learning center location is staffed with qualified Early Childhood Educators (ECEs),
including Infant and Toddler and Special Needs Educators, all licensed and registered through the BC ECE Registry.
Our educators are passionate professionals who dedicate themselves to nurturing each child’s growth through
play, discovery, and meaningful learning experiences. We believe in creating an environment where children
feel respected, valued, and free to explore, while also ensuring that every family is treated with kindness,
understanding, and cultural respect.
Our educators play a vital role in building positive relationships that support every child’s emotional,
physical, and intellectual development. At Kids R Us, we proudly follow the BC Early Learning Framework
and ECE licensing standards, ensuring our practices meet or exceed provincial guidelines. These policies
emphasize inclusive, play-based learning, child safety, and continuous professional growth for educators.
In alignment with BC Government programs, our educators receive ongoing professional development, wage
enhancements, and benefits that recognize their essential role in the early childhood education field.
We are deeply committed to supporting our staff so they can continue to provide the highest quality care
and learning for our children.
