At KIDSRUS Early Learning Center , we offer licensed early learning programs designed to meet the needs of children from infancy to 3 years old. Each program follows developmentally appropriate practices aligned with the BC Early Learning Framework, and tuition reflects the high-quality care and educator-to-child ratios required by BC Child Care Licensing
Infant Program (0–18 Months)
Our Infant Program provides a nurturing and safe environment that supports your little one’s early growth and development. Our educators focus on creating routines that promote comfort, secure attachment, and sensory exploration through music, movement, and gentle play.

Toddler Program (18–36 Months)
Our Toddler Program builds independence, creativity, and confidence through play-based learning. Activities focus on language, fine motor skills, social development, and early problem-solving.
Tuition:
Tuition rates vary by center location, needs and schedule. All toddler classrooms are part of the CCFRI and ACCB programs, which help lower the cost of childcare for families.
Additional Tuition Notes
- Tuition may includes nutritious meals and snacks, educational materials, and daily activity updates through the Lillio App.
- A one-month refundable deposit is required upon registration.
- A two-month withdrawal notice must be provided in writing.
- Families are billed monthly and receive advance notice of any tuition changes.
